Every order at XYZ Productz goes through a strict Quality Control (QC) process before it is shipped. We inspect each product for finish, accuracy, and packaging quality — because your satisfaction is our priority.

When Can You Raise a Concern?

If your product arrives broken, damaged, or does not meet the quality you expected, you can raise a concern by writing to us immediately. We take every complaint seriously.

Simply email us at info@xyzdigilab.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos. We will review and respond within 24 hours.
  • Product arrived broken or physically damaged.
  • Product quality does not match what was shown or agreed upon.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Significant defects in print, finish, or material.

What Happens After You Write to Us?

Once we receive your concern, our team will review the issue and get back to you within 24 hours. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may offer a replacement, rework, or a full refund.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are transferred through secure payment processing channels, which may take a few additional days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

We process refunds as quickly as possible. The 5–10 day window accounts for secure transfer processing — your money is always in safe hands.

Custom Orders

Since our products are made to your specific requirements, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on fully custom orders. However, if the product has a quality issue, we will always make it right.
